Year 1995: registered as Wenzhou Juner Cable Materials Co., Ltd.; the company was located in Community 32 of Wenzhou Economic and Technical Development Zone, covering a construction area of 2600 m2, with 2 PVC cable assembly lines.

 

Year 1998: The Company changed its name into “Wenzhou Juner High Polymer Co., Ltd.” and 2000 m2 factory was expanded. In that year, the Company developed and produced modified engineering plastic products and formed three product families, namely cable plastics, thermoplastic elastomers, new type engineering plastics and its alloys. The Company passed the ISO 9002 International Quality System Certification.

 

Year 2000: The Company was evaluated as “star enterprise of China modified plastics” by Modified Plastics Committee of CPPIA.

 

Year 2001: The Company was approved as “high and new tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province”, “vice-chairman company of the special committee of modified plastics of CPPIA”. Fast crystallization and flame retarded reinforced PET engineering plastic was verified and approved as key new product of national level by State Economic and Trade Commission and was listed into national Torch Plan.

 

Year 2002: The Company, with 12 assembly lines of modified plastics and 12000 tons annual output, became a research, development and production base of new type modified high polymer materials of the largest scale, complete range of articles and relatively strong technical strengths in Zhejiang Province. The Company established “provincial high and new tech research and development centre of Juner Engineering Plastics”.

 

Year 2003: The sales volume of the Company broke 100 million Yuan, with its products spreading all over China.

 

Year 2004: The Company changed its name into “Zhejiang Juner New Material Co., Ltd.”. New industrial park was built in Wenzhou High and New Tech Area, with an area of 20000 m2. It passed ISO14001 Environment Management System and ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.

 

Year 2005: The Company was identified as “AAA level enterprise in Zhejiang Province of ‘abiding by the contract and having good faith’”; at the same time, the Company became the “standing director company of Zhejiang Plastics Engineering Academy”.

 

Year 2006: The Company passed ISO/TS16949 Automobile Quality System Certification and IECHSPM QC080000 Harmful Substance Process Management System Certification; the trademark of Juner was honored “famous trademark in Zhejiang Province” and the product of “flame retarded reinforced nylon engineering plastics exclusively used in low voltage electrical appliances” was identified as famous-brand product in Zhejiang Province.

 

Year 2007: The Company was honored “China excellent privately operated science and technology enterprise”; Juner technical centre was identified as “enterprise technical centre in Zhejiang” by Zhejiang Economic and Trade Commission.

 

Year 2008: The Company became “vice-chairman company of China Engineering Plastics Industry Association”, “vice-chairman company of the Special Committee of China Modified Engineering Plastics; was honored the title of “well-known trademark in Zhejiang Province” and “faithful privately operated enterprise in Zhejiang Province”.

 

Year 2009: The Company was identified “national high and new tech enterprise”, “key high and new tech enterprise of national Torch Plan”, “state-approved laboratory” and established Shanghai Juner New Material Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Research and Development Centre.

 

Year 2010: Juner took the lead to organize the innovation strategy alliance of high-performance engineering plastics industry technologies in Zhejiang Province. “High CTI and highly flame retarded reinforced polyamide material” of the company was listed as the project of key new product plan by the state.

 

Year 2011: Our company and Chemistry Institute of China Academy of Sciences co-established academician workstation; our company and Zhejiang University of Technology co-established “key laboratory of plastics modifications and process technologies in Zhejiang Province”, which was listed into the construction plan of key laboratory in Zhejiang Province.

 

Year 2012: Zhejiang Juner New Material Inc. was officially founded and its Jinhai Project with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons of high-performance engineering plastics was being launched, which will cover an area of 77 mu and totally be invested nearly 200 million Yuan.
