     Zhejiang Juner and Shanghai Juner together have an employee team of more than 400 people, Production area of more than 40,000 m2 and successively introduced over 40 assembly lines of high-performance engineering plastics, with the annual production capacity of 75,000 tons.

      Color Variety
     One of the remarkable features of the successful development of Juner is to satisfy all kinds of customers with a variety products and high technological content. In the course of the updating and transformation of product structures, Juner has produced PVC, TPR, TPE, PP, PC, PBT, PA, PPO and ABS series products, with the trademarks reaching thousand. The diversity of products will certainly drive color diversity. Till now Juner has developed and produced more than 3000 colors, among which material series exclusively used for TPR (including PVC) over 500, series exclusively used for electrical appliances and electric engineering plastics over 2000 and exclusively used for automobiles over 500.
     
     Color Matching Technology
     After over ten years’ development, Juner has cultivated a color matching technological team led by senior engineers with the perfect mastery of technologies and passionate working spirit. Currently there are many color matching technicians who can timely and accurately develop and blend different colors of different base stocks.
     
     Test Equipment
     A large amount of funds gave been invested in Juner’s color matching resources and hardware configuration. Currently there are many dedicated injection molding machine, 12 dedicated color matching moulds and many high precision imported color matching equipments.
     
     Color Control
     The color control of Juner’s products mainly benefit from three links of color development, production process control and final inspection:
     1. Within certain time period, customers should maintain the uniqueness of the color standard of products and ascertain aberration range that is acceptable, reasonable and explicit to both suppliers and demanders;
     2. Strict process control and shipment guard. The color of the shipping products should meet standard requirements under both visual inspection and instrument inspection;
     3. Keep friendly contact with customers and prevent and solve the color fluctuation resulting from craft, equipment and mould.
